Best Paper Award: Nathan Foley-Fisher

Nathan Foley-Fisher was awarded the "Best Paper in International Finance" award at the RIEF IX Doctoral Meeting in Aix-en-Provence, France for his paper on "The HIPC Initiative and Terms of Trade Shocks".
